Shipping operation

Job description:

1. Be responsible for timely booking with the shipping company or peers and confirming the position information, and feed back the position information to customers and foreign agents;

2. Be responsible for arranging the trailer in time, confirming the vehicle information, following up and urging the trailer company to unload the consigned goods according to the fashion;

3. Be responsible for arranging the customs declaration in time, following up the customs declaration trend, and urging the customs broker to complete the customs declaration within the limited time;

4. Be responsible for timely and accurate entry of the work order into the system, making the first draft of the bill of lading, checking and confirming with the customer in time to ensure that the bill of lading information is correct, and timely submitting the bill of lading information to the shipping company or peers;

5. Be responsible for checking the bills of shipping companies or peers, input the receivable and payable expenses into the system according to the business budget table, and assist in the collection of receivables and the application for payables;

6. Be responsible for preparing monthly reports on a regular basis and submitting them to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Have studied logistics, foreign trade or English, college degree or above, CET-4 or above;

2. Be familiar with the operation process of sea transportation and air transportation, have solid trade basic knowledge, and be familiar with international trade terms;

3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

4. Proficient in IFMS logistics system and various office software;

5. Be hardworking, bear certain work pressure, work conscientiously, do things carefully, optimistic, and have a strong sense of responsibility and service consciousness.
